HLE resident concerns include:
• Lack of insurance on the lakes, parks, pool, & common areas.
• Condition of boat ramps & lack of park docks.
• Meeting minutes are posted locally. Out of town owners do not receive them.
• Drug free & alcohol free signs need to be reinstalled in common areas.
• We would like to revive the Neighborhood Watch program that disappeared from HLE.
• Resolution of the current Gerlach Lake & Trinity River flooding – contact TRA.
We would like to know the names of the core group before we join in. We have lived here for 33 years and are a member of the “founding” residents since 1963.

I am not a full time resident and only have two lots but I am very interested in the welfare of Holiday Lake Estates so I am interested in details. I do believe I sent a little extra In my dues for the fire department. I would love to hear what others have to say Thank you
Marti, The HOA Board (HLECC) and the volunteer fire department (HLEVFD) are two separate entities. If you sent in extra monies, they most likely were left in the HLECC general fund, not the fire department. I am emailing you a petition, hoping that you sign it.
