As I mentioned in an explanatory post ( –> Click Here ) it is possible that some of these amendments to the Holiday Lake Estates Bylaws could be rescinded in a court of law based on the fact that they were installed at a time that the HLECC was in state forfeiture, although an attorney that I spoke to gave me an initial opinion that they would stand once the reinstatement was completed by the state, IF it was done in a legal manner. It was NOT. There were several serious issues with it all. I have marked the Bylaw changes involved with a red X at the upper left, that were done during forfeiture or done incorrectly.
