{"id":482,"date":"2016-08-29T19:37:03","date_gmt":"2016-08-30T01:37:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hoa-poa.com\/hlerg\/?p=482"},"modified":"2022-05-16T18:58:27","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T23:58:27","slug":"hlecc-bylaw-amendments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hoa-poa.com\/hlerg\/hlecc-bylaw-amendments\/","title":{"rendered":"HLECC Bylaw Amendments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As I mentioned in an explanatory post ( <a href=\"https:\/\/hoa-poa.com\/hlerg\/hlecc-forfeiture-of-charter-law-our-bylaws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8211;&gt; Click Here<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ) it is possible that some of these amendments to the Holiday Lake Estates Bylaws could be rescinded in a court of law based on the fact that they were installed at a time that the HLECC was in state forfeiture, although an attorney that I spoke to gave me an initial opinion that they would stand once the reinstatement was completed by the state, IF it was done in a legal manner.\u00a0 It was NOT.\u00a0 There were several serious issues with it all.\u00a0 I have marked the Bylaw changes involved with a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red X<\/span><\/strong> at the upper left, that were done during forfeiture or done incorrectly.
