As I mentioned in an explanatory post ( –> Click Here<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ) it is possible that some of these amendments to the Holiday Lake Estates Bylaws could be rescinded in a court of law based on the fact that they were installed at a time that the HLECC was in state forfeiture, although an attorney that I spoke to gave me an initial opinion that they would stand once the reinstatement was completed by the state, IF it was done in a legal manner.\u00a0 It was NOT.\u00a0 There were several serious issues with it all.\u00a0 I have marked the Bylaw changes involved with a red X<\/span><\/strong> at the upper left, that were done during forfeiture or done incorrectly. Here are all of the amendments made to the Bylaws, some have been filed with the Polk County Clerk, some have not:<\/p>\n
