This document is an affidavit sworn to by C. J. Gerlach Sr..\u00a0 Mr. Gerlach stated that he was 77 years old on March 17, 1932 when he created this document.\u00a0 He was attesting to the fact that he purchased several tracts of land, under the corporation of G.J. Gerlach &amp; Bro., Inc.. The land was located on the Trinity River and was originally a part of the A. Viesca Seven League Grant (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Agust%C3%ADn_Viesca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8211;&gt; Augustin Viesca info click here<\/strong><\/a>) and the S. C. Hiroms League (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Houston_County,_Texas#History\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8211;&gt; click here for info<\/strong><\/a>) (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.findagrave.com\/cgi-bin\/fg.cgi?page=gr&amp;GRid=9084363\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8211;&gt;
