Children&#8217;s lemonade stands were protected by a modification of Property Code 209.020. A Property Code change to Section 209.00591 made it impossible for both spouses, or others, living on the same property, to be on the Board together.  Property Code 209 and Texas Election Code 259 were both changed to allow for the display of political signs, regardless of what the Deed Restrictions says.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Property Code 202, Section 202.020 now states and HOA or POA may not include or enforce a provision in a dedicatory instrument that prohibits, restricts, or has the effect of prohibiting or restricting any person who is otherwise authorized from: (1) lawfully possessing, transporting, or storing a firearm, any part of a firearm, or firearm ammunition;
